Congratulations on your pregnancy! And now the journey begins. There is so much to learn before you bring your little one home. You may have lots of questions about pregnancy, nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, labour, birth, breastfeeding, how to care for your new baby and what is available for young families in the community.

We want to help you have a healthy pregnancy and birth by connecting you to the information you need. We have provided you with links to some of the most common pregnancy health topics. However, it is important to speak with your health care provider if you are planning a pregnancy or are pregnant. Your health care provider can provide you with information specific to your health.  All pregnant women should visit their health care provider as early as possible to check on the health of mom and baby, and start the discussion on supporting a healthy pregnancy.
