Building Healthy Babies

0

Are you having a baby?  The Building Healthy Babies program would like to help your baby be born at a healthy weight. Babies born at unhealthy weights are more likely to have health problems in their first year of life and beyond.  The Building Healthy Babies group offers group teaching on pregnancy, nutrition, breastfeeding, and infant care; support from Public Health Nurses and a Dietitian; and support from other moms.

The Building Healthy Babies group is offered across Chatham-Kent at the locations and times listed below.

To learn more about how the Building Healthy Babies program can help improve the health of moms and babies, contact the Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit at 519.352.7270.
