CKPHU is committed to protecting the privacy of information given by all individuals seeking to access CKPHU services and websites. Personal information is collected by the CKPHU in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the Personal Health Information Protection Act, and the Health Protection and Promotion Act. Personal information will not be disclosed outside of CKPHU without your knowledge and consent, with only a few exceptions, such as where disclosure is required by law.
