How to Get Your COVID-19 Vaccine
There are three options available to get your COVID-19 vaccine in Chatham-Kent:
- Attend a CK Public Health Clinic as listed below. Book an appointment at GetYourShotCK.ca or call 519.351.1010 and leave a message.
- Select pharmacies offer the Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines. For a location near you, please check here.
- Most primary care providers offer first and second doses. Please check with your primary care provider.

Please note: COVID-19 vaccine clinics for those aged 5+ are welcoming walk-ins. Clinics for those aged 6 months - 4 years are by appointment only.
