STOP PROGRAM INFORMATION
STOP clinics occur every third Thursday of the month where eligible participants can register to drop-in at our Chatham location .To register for a session, please complete the following form and select the location that is best for you.
What to expect:
Each drop-in session is scheduled for approximately 30 minutes. Our clinic staff will provide you with information highlighting important details about the program as well as additional services and supports that are available to you.
Participants will receive 4 weeks of nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum, lozenges, inhalers) as well as other quit resources.
Directions on how to pick up additional NRT packages every 4 weeks will be shared during the in-person meeting.
