Chatham ON N7M 3S1

Clients who have received a tattoo service at the above noted location are potentially at risk of contracting a bloodborne infection, including HIV, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C.

Individuals impacted by this notice are advised to contact CK Public Health at 519.355.1071 ext. 2902 as soon as possible, as bloodborne infection testing is strongly recommended.
