Chatham-Kent Councillor Carmen McGregor and Dr. April Rietdyk, Chatham-Kent’s General Manager of Community Human Services, will lead a discussion entitled Our Health: How Are We Doing? Monday May 7.

The forum will take place in Council Chambers at the Civic Centre at 6 p.m. It will raise issues and promote discussion concerning the state of chronic disease in Chatham-Kent and how health can enhance the quality of life in the community.

Speakers include Chris Sherman, the Program Manager for Chronic Disease and Injury Prevention with Chatham-Kent Public Health and Dr. Dean Kriellaars, an expert in physical literacy.
