Are you a Municipal or community agency, school, child care, sports team, or sports association? If so, you can apply for one of the following award packages:
- Water Bottle Filling Station
- Water Dispenser
- Insulated Water Jug and Reusable Water Bottles
Submit your application: Print, complete, scan and submit your application to superkidsck@chatham-kent.ca, or fax it to 519.352.2166 by January 20, 2017.
